What’s your return policy?
You may return any none-bespoke product unopened and unused within 14 days.
Due to the bespoke nature of the some of the range we do not accept returns unless it is due to a damaged item or a manufacturing fault. A faulty product will be replaced quickly for you but please do bear in mind that this hardly ever happens!
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box due to the size of our products.

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services advisors are available to answer your questions 24/7/365 via email and via telephone Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm.
What can I used the Furniture for?
You can use the furniture for any activities you enjoy!
We recommend use as an aid to perform Yoga and Pilates stances easily. The circular form of the range assists in fluid movements and the ability to free-flow from one posture to the next. It can take away any stresses on joints and the body as an entirety for those who may just be starting out.
Many of our customers enjoy their Chaise Longues as a relaxation piece and enjoy reading or listening to music whilst taking time out from their day, or to meditate. The comfort of the piece and the relaxing body position whilst laying on the chaise really assists in relaxation of the body and mind.
Is there a warranty or guarantee?
Yes, all furniture comes with a 2 year warranty which covers manufacturing faults. Provided that you look after it, your furniture will definitely last.
What colours do you have?
Some products only come in Claret and Black, however many of our products are bespoke made and come in a variety of colours and fabrics, which you can see here.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be despatched as soon as possible.
Some of our range can be delivered within 5 working days.
If you choose a bespoke design or fabric, you can expect your order to be delivered in 3-6 weeks.
We contact al of our customers prior to delivery to ensure that you are available to receive your furniture.
How will my furniture be delivered?
We will make delivery to you via courier service.
We normally use TNT or UPS. You will be provided with a tracking number once your item has been passed to the courier.
