All Materials are stored on site. The Fabric, Wood, Foam & Leatherette is all on hand for the production all of our bespoke styles.
Fabric Cutting
The automated cutting machine is programmed to ensure the best quality finish of the curved designs.
Wood Frames
The Wooden Frames are cut and produced by a qualified carpenter. The wood is precisely cut to give all of the products a perfect finish.
Special Dimensions
We can product chairs with Special Dimensions for Commercial orders. Please contact us for more information about this service.
Frame Structure
Once cut, the wood is crafted together to create the structure. The design is robust and made to last.
Sewing
The Chaises are stitched with special machines suitable for thick materials. Double stitching is used to make the upholstery very resistant and durable.
